This project is design together with the construction company who design and build multimillion properties at south of France. The cost of actual property by itself was over the £70,000,000 million. The design proposal included redesign and refurbishment of the landscape, interior and exterior. The reconstruction cost as proposed was over £20,000,000. New floor layout for all floors, for main house as well as guest house included 6 new bedrooms and master suite.
Outdoor swimming pool with luxurious outdoor kitchen, fountains, Japanese garden with sculptures. One of the features was ability to get to the sea where was parked a bout which could take to owners of this luxurious mega yacht parked in just minutes from this property. Interiors on ground floor included, main entrance hall with cage lift, marble stone staircase. Walls was decorated with stone cladding and lit up by luxurious Crystal chandeliers. The hall area led to The drawing room with its library, kitchen and dining area with the cocktail bar dressed in onyx stone.
